What is the BOI reporting?
- Most US based business are required to file a BOI report.
- This helps combat financial crimes and reports ownership and control of the business.
- This is a new requirement for businesses formed on or after January 1st 2024 and have 90 days to do so. Businesses formed prior to January st1st 2024 have until the end of 2024 to file.
